Jan of RMW to Offer Custom Tunes and Performance Parts

Jan of RMW will be offering tuning services and custom parts as a vendor at MM10! 

Jan Brueggeman is the driving force behind the success of Revolution Mini Works, and if you want your MINI to go-fast, we are sure you have heard of him.  Jan will be a vendor at MM10, available for custom tune of your MINI.  RMW custom performance parts will also be available, along with exclusive RMW shirts, stickers and value cover badges.

Custom Tune & Dyno Pricing:

Tuning 1^st Gen MINI $350.00
Tuning 2nd Gen MINI $500.00 (still no tuning of the N18 Engine as of this date)
Re-tune for former customers $100.00

Dyno Pricing is TBA, but expected to be $100.00. (Price maybe lower for those that only want a pull to get a base line HP reading.)

$100.00 deposit is required.  Dyno ONLY requires a $50.00 Deposit.

Disney Theme Park Tickets

Preferred rate tickets are available for all MM10 attendees, regardless if you are staying on property and are valid until the end of the year.

If you are staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, the ticket(s) may be linked to your room key (MagicBand), or the tickets will be available for pick-up at the Concierge at Coronado Springs or any other Will Call locations, which include: Downtown Disney, Blizzard Beach, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, or Animal Kingdom.

My Disney Experience and MagicBand

Mickey & MINI 10 attendees who are staying at Coronado Springs are encouraged to create their profile with Disney under the My Disney Experience tab found at http://www.waltdisneyworld.com. Once you register your resort stay, you can start using the tools that will enhance your MM10 adventure. You can download the free mobile app “My Disney Experience” to access plans and park information on the go.

Once you create your profile, you are able to link your room reservation to your profile with the “My Disney Experience”. You will need your room reservation number to do this. It makes it very convenient to manage your information and reservation on the app.

Also, all guests will receive Disney’s new MagicBand. This cool wristband will be used to enter the hotel room, and purchase food and merchandise at select locations (DATW!!!). If you have theme park admissions, you can link that ticket to your MagicBand too.

You can “pre-engage” with the option to personalize your Magic Band and select a color. The MagicBands will be shipped to your home pre-arrival (if ordered at least 10 days pre arrival). If customized between 10 and 5 days prior to arrival, your customized bands will be available at check-in. All others will automatically receive Disney’s Iconic Gray color.

Online Hotel Reservations Now Available

If you prefer to make your reservation online for Mickey & MINI 10, we are happy to announce the online registration site for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is now available.

A few things to note in regards to the online reservation site:

• The site will hold a room for you but does not actually confirm the reservation until it is manually entered into Disney’s reservation system.
• You will receive an Online Confirmation from the site but will not receive the actual Resort Confirmation until the reservation has been entered into Disney’s system. (This may take up to five days business days from date the attendee receives the Online Confirmation.)
• The dates offered on the site for room reservations are for September 25-29, 2014. If you would like to book pre- or post-nights you will need to to call 407-939-4686 to inquire about availability.
• If you need to make changes or requests to their room reservation they need to wait until you receive their Resort Confirmation. Any changes, requests or cancellations must be made by calling 407-939-4686.
• The online reservation site will only be available up to August 26, 2014. After that date, you may inquire for availability by calling 407-939-4686.

(407) 827-6777 with your flight information AFTER your hotel reservation has been entered into Disney’s system and you have received the Resort Confirmation email.

Hotel Registration FAQ

Since we announced that hotel registration was open, we have received lots of questions about the reservation process and the free theme park ticket offer.  We hope this list of Frequently Asked Questions with answers will help.

Q: When does Mickey & MINI take place and can I extend my hotel stay at the $109 per night rate?

A: Mickey & MINI 10 takes place Friday-Sunday, September 26-28, 2014.  The $109 per night rate is good for three days before and three days after the event if you want to extend your stay.  To reserve these extra days before or after the event dates, you MUST call Disney’s Group Reservations Office at 407-939-4686 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm).

Q: When will online hotel reservations open?

A: Very soon, likely tonight or tomorrow.

Q: I called Disney’s Group Reservations Office but they didn’t know about the buy one, get one free 1-Day, 1 Theme Park tickets.

A:  The special 1-Day, 1 Theme Park, Disney After 4pm tickets for $59 can only be purchased through attendance at a Disney-hosted event.  This special price is offered by Disney and available to all event guests.  However, the buy one, get one free offer is being made by Mickey & MINI only available to registered hotel guests.  Disney’s Group Reservations representatives may not know about this offer.

Mickey & MINI is making the buy one, get one free 1-Day, 1 Theme Park ticket offer to the first 50 attendees who book at room at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

The offer is one free 1-Day, 1 Theme Park ticket per ROOM (not per person).

Q: How will I get my free 1-Day, 1 Theme Park ticket?

A: The free tickets will be available for pickup at the Mickey & MINI Registration table on Friday or Saturday.  Please contact us if you are arriving early and want to pick up your ticket to use before Friday.

Q: Tickets can be purchased separately from the room reservation. Do I need to book a room at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort to get the buy one, get one free 1-Day, 1 Theme Park ticket offer?

A: Yes.  See above.

Q: Am I one of the first 50 hotel reservations? How will you know who gets the free tickets?

A: Disney sends us regular lists of hotel rooms booked with names.  We will match that list with the list of discount ticket purchasers to determine who is eligible to receive a free theme park ticket.  We will announce when the free tickets are gone. Please check back on this website or our Facebook page for announcements on the status of the special ticket offering.

Q: How long do we have to purchase discounted theme park tickets?

A: Discounted group theme park admission tickets must be prepaid in full at the time of purchase and must be purchased at least 10 days prior to check-in day.

Q: Last year the Disney After 4pm tickets were free.  Why aren’t they free this year?

A: Last year, Disney made this offer to attract large groups to their resort hotels.  Although we had a great turnout last year for MM9, we did not meet the quotas established by Disney to repeat that offer.  Instead, the Mickey & MINI planners are making the buy one, get one free offer from our budget.

The host hotel for Mickey and MINI 10 is Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Room registration by phone is now available. Online room reservation will follow soon.

The special Mickey & MINI 10 room rate is $109 per night. This rate is good for three days before and three days after the event if you want to extend your stay.

Guests staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort during Mickey & MINI 10 are eligible for our After 4pm Disney park ticket promotion. BOGO! Please Note:

Guests will be required to leave a one nights’ room and tax deposit per room requested at the time of booking. The balance will be due at check-in when guests arrive at the Resort. Guests must provide the names and addresses of all guests staying in the room. Please include ages for children 17 and under.

Guests wishing to utilize Disney’s Magical Express Service (Complimentary transfers and luggage assistance to and from Orlando International Airport) must have complete flight itinerary available to confirm the service.

Discounted group theme park admission tickets must be prepaid in full at the time of purchase and must be purchased at least 10 days prior to check-in day.
